Defiance At Wesleyan
In this video (h/t @wesleying), filmed Sunday, student supporters of need-blind admissions “Occupy” a closed trustee meeting. The 15-minute video begins with threats from Wesleyan campus security, and ends with an impromptu dialogue between the students and trustees.
I finally got around to checking the video out at 2:30AM and was totally riveted. Well worth a watch if you’re interested in modes of campus engagement. The bonus cameo by West Wing and ‘Billy Madison’ actor Bradley Whitford ’81 doesn’t hurt either.
