Williams Alum Quits ANTM

Maria Tucker, Williams ’10, quit Cycle 19 of America’s Next Top Model (College Edition…) in an episode that aired September 7th. Perhaps it is a sign of the shows declining popularity, that we never got around to acknowledging the fact that Tucker was on the show until she, you know, quit.

Somewhere between refusing a mystery make-over and participating in a nude photo shoot she had a moment of truth, deciding that she wasn’t fully invested in modelling or the show.  Luckily, she has her ‘Cac degree and enrollment at Harvard Divinity School to fall back on.

Tucker made light of the episode (titled ‘The Girl Who Wants Out’) on her Twitter feed the night it aired:
