This is a shout out to my teammate, Keri Lambert, for being a badass this weekend. She won the 3000m steeplechase at DIII NCAA Track and Field Championships with 9 seconds to spare, and then came back 4 hours later to garner her second All-American honors in the 5000m run where she came in 7th.
