Checking my LinkedIn account the other day (as I do when I’m bored/want to further my job prospects), I found something truly amazing. Ivies has expanded! The Bowdoin Club of San Francisco is hosting West Coast Ivies Bowdoin style in Dolores Park on Saturday April 21st. The best part? The description of what to bring: “adult beverages (preferably out of Nalgenes).” Classic.  Is it bad that I can’t wait to be a real person living in San Francisco so I can go to Ivies throwback parties? I mean…I’m excited for real Ivies in 2 weeks at Bowdoin, but nostalgia is just so appealing! I guess adult Ivies appeals to me because it means I can be young and in college forever (at least one day a year). Events like this are why I love the ‘Cac. We stick together and we keep life fun, even on the West Coast. So see you in a few years, Bowdoin Club of San Francisco!
