Foodtrepeneurship is all the rage across the ‘Cac, and we don’t hear anyone complaining. From home-made loaves of bread, ordered by text at Wes–to the Bowdoin food truck’s greasy nightcaps, culinary culture is bustling and ‘Cac students are loving it.
Most recently, Conn has seen the launch of Spicy Camel Salsa (whose memorable icon might look familiar if you sport a ‘Cac T). Two Conn students concoct the salsa at the notorious “Ridge” apartments using only the freshest ingredients.
