Steve Borukhin, Eric Edelman, and Isasc Brower recently launched Campus Food Trucks at Bowdoin College. It’s exactly what it sounds like: a truck that plays loud party music and serves delicious snacks way past the close of Super Snacks. Their inventive yet classically satisfying menu hits the spot.
The food trucks officially launched this past Thursday and already everyone is talking about it. They had an official health inspection (and passed), an official parking spot (between the Student Union and Coe), and officially delicious bacon cheeseburgers. A group of Bowdoin alum even hit up the food trucks for some late night snacking. It’s a great idea, and their twitter is really funny, two key ingredients to a successful business. Keep snacking.
