Westling or, for those of you without an internal ‘Cactionary, “Wes wrestling” had a big weekend. Not only did the team earn the NEWA Championship title for the first time since 1984, but three individuals were top of their class: Kyle Roosa ’13, Jefferson Ajayi ’13, and Luke Erickson ’12.
In celebration, I propose that we stop the glorification of the lax pinni as a dress-code for late-night fun and start embracing the wrestling suit for what it really is. “Nipple Slips and Illegal Hits” party at Fountain…who’s with me?
