Let’s start with the ‘Caciest quote in Patrick English’s Spectator piece Linsanity on the Hill: Cl’nsanity:

Yes indeedy, this train has no station. Primetime allusions to “a small school in upstate New York” will nerr get old. We all know they aren’t talking about Colgate…

Meanwhile, in the tundra, Jonathan Michaeles–Bates ’92–has moved from his position as assistant Colby football coach to head coach. He’s been serving as interim director of the program since FanBus Gate last December (too soon? maybe too soon…)

NESCAC “Michaeles, who was a wide receiver during his playing days at Bates, said he’s been fortunate to play and coach at strong academic institutions.”
